Over the years, I've learned that great productions are built on more than schedules and budgets—they're built on strong relationships, clear communication, trust, and teams that feel empowered to do their best work. This belief has shaped my approach to production leadership and helped me navigate projects of varying scales, from feature films to high-profile OTT productions. My experience spans the full production lifecycle, including project planning, resource management, budgeting, client partnerships, team leadership, workflow optimization, and final delivery. I enjoy solving challenges, building efficient processes, and creating environments where creativity and operational excellence can thrive together. Throughout my career, I have been entrusted with managing critical productions, leading cross-functional teams, and driving successful deliveries for high-profile projects. These experiences have shaped my leadership approach and reinforced the importance of collaboration, accountability, and delivering excellence at every stage of production.
