🔸 Part of non-tech hiring team for full time employees. 🔸ATS worked on- Lever 🔸Roles hired for- KAM (B2B/B2C), TL/ASM (EDC retail sales), HR Recruiter (non-tech), Collections Managers (unsecured products), Campaign managers. 🔸Assisting in end to end recruitment- sourcing, screening, first contact call, interview scheduling, receiving feedbacks, collecting salary documents. Negotiations and offer letter were handled by reporting manager. 🔸Sourcing from - Naukri.com (advanced search, bulk mails), LinkedIn, Business team and candidate referrals. 🔸 Regular stakeholder interaction. 🔸 Successfully closed 50+ applications in 3 months (including on roll and off roll). 🔸 Worked in close guidance of the entire HR team.
