- Assist in On-boarding, pre & post joining and exit forms & formalities. - Ensure compliance in maintaining employee records/files creation & maintenance Internal communication of HR directives. - Assist employees with the company policies, leave concerns, business cards and respond to their day to day queries. - Facilitate induction program for all new joiners, following all the joining formalities and documentation. - Worked closely with employees and management to close various junior level open head-counts. - Responsible for handling the Internship Program for IDC India FY 2021 - Coordinate with HR Operations teams to ensure the specific needs of the business units are addressed. - Facilitate and assist on Reward & Recognition Program'21. - Monitor overall attendance and cross checking with Biometric flow data. - Handled Employee Engagement or Releasing of Birthday & Anniversary Mailers. - Sound knowledge of HR Processes and policies.
- Support function for the HR team during the Live Project - Coordinated for day to day interviews and handled new hire joining and documentation. - Collaborated with shortlisted Campuses for the Placement Program for the FY 2018-19.
- Concluded a study on Assessment Centers based on Competency Mapping in Future Retail Limited as a Summer Intern. - As Support function for the HR team, coordinated interviews/ Panel assessments, assisted new hire with the joining formalities and documentation. - Coordinated the Induction Program for 52 Management Trainees hired from across India.
