I specialise in the valuation of complex and illiquid securities, with close to 5 years of experience spanning business valuations, portfolio valuations, and alternative investments. My foundation in the field includes a BCom in Finance and Accountancy, a summer programme in Business Valuations at the London School of Economics, and a six-week intensive in Financial Modelling and Valuations — all of which gave me a strong technical grounding before entering the profession. I started my career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Bangalore as a Senior Analyst in the Business Valuations team. Over two years, I built hands-on expertise across a range of methodologies and sectors, contributing to 30+ engagements for clients in technology, consumer goods, e-commerce, and real estate. Pursuing an MBA at ESSEC Business School in France marked a deliberate step towards broadening my perspective. An internship with Kroll's Portfolio Valuations team during that time opened the door to my current role as Vice President in their London office. At Kroll, I lead valuation engagements across complex and illiquid securities — private credit, private equity, distressed assets, asset-backed securities, and hybrid instruments — in accordance with IFRS 13 and IPEV guidelines.
