• Work closely with sales management to determine hiring needs and review and understand job requisitions. • Worked with Tier 1 vendors to make good relationship in the market and to get more profit on rates. • Co- ordinate with the candidates and vendors regarding the requirements, rates and interview schedules. • Marketed and placed the candidates like OPT,H1b,H1b Transfer, EAD GC, GC and US citizens. • Manage all sales recruiting vendors and the submittal process for all regions and territories and also marketed location constraint candidates. • Worked on US agreement like Corp to Corp(C2C). • Worked on the H1b transfer candidates, marketed and placed them for H1b transfer purpose. • Serve as the first point of contact for all candidates at all levels. • Conduct telephones screening and work comfort to further qualify applicants for all open positions. • Coordinate with candidates and vendors to schedule interviews. Following up with the vendors for update and feedback. • Working on paper work after the confirmation, coordinating with the legal department and provide all the required documents to the client and background check companies. • Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers. • Conduct reference checks for the newly hired candidates through the old W2 candidates. • Maintain accurate and up to date candidate information in our recruiting database, monthly report and candidate availability. • Experience in Visas – OPT, H1B, EAD, GC & USC • Have good experience working in financial and IT industries requirements. • Proactively building resume database for upcoming/highly potential requirements. • Good Team player with Interpersonal, good verbal and oral communication skills in English. • Work extensively with MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook • Worked on Recruiting H1B Consultants, Green card Holders & US Citizens for Direct Client • Requirements & Vendor Requirements. • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
