Results-oriented Industrial Engineer with experience in project management, operations, and supply chain processes across logistics and greenfield industrial investments. Currently serving as a Project Manager in a large-scale food production facility investment project, leading end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution processes including feasibility, facility layout, procurement, timeline management, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. Previously gained nearly three years of experience at Galata Transportation and Trade Inc., where I worked on operations management, budgeting, cost control, management reporting, subcontractor coordination, and process improvement initiatives. Alongside my professional career, I am pursuing a thesis-based master’s degree in Industrial Engineering at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, with a research focus on AI-supported decision systems, risk management, and performance optimization in industrial project management.
