> Conducting talent search (e.g. Boolean Search) to reach out to candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Kariyer.net. > Creating a candidate pipeline with top talents for open positions from entry-level to executive positions. > Coordination of candidate interviews and follow-up communication. > Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (Lever ATS) > Coordinating with recruiters and hiring managers to progress candidates' recruitment processes. > Taking part in various recruitment and employer branding projects.
> Assisting development and execution of employer brand strategies for clients. > Conducting research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to inform strategic recommendations. > Supporting content creation process for employer branding campaigns, including social media posts, blogs, YouTube videos, and other marketing materials. > Providing support to the account management team, preparing benchmarks, and being involved in the development of communication plans and strategies.
