Over 19 years of background and experience in Thermal Power Plants and Heavy Industry ranging from the conventional Coal Fired (CFPP) and Natural Gas Fired Single & Combined Cycle (CCPP) Power Plants up to the Biogas & Biomass (BGPP as CHP), Geothermal Power Plants (GTPP) and the Casting & Machining Factory comprising the diverse mechanical components. Professionally self-motivated and organized with a strong documentation including technical and financial reports, specifications as well as theoretical handbooks. Self-improving in various disciplines and open to development. Proven ability to accomplish objectives and tasks in targeted time and budget in compliance with requirements. A logical and well-adjusted team member believing in team power. Proven ability of conducting and managing projects in conjunction with other parties. Capability of foreseeing the risks in the projects, determining the critical subjects and taking required measures in time.
My main tasks are as follows; - Preparing heat mass balance diagrams (HMBD) using Thermoflow software program, - Making thermodynamic, heat transfer, fluid mechanic calculation and analysis in basic engineering level - Preparing Request of Proposal (RFQ), collecting and evaluating proposals including data sheets for the main equipment and systems such as Gas Turbine (GT), Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG), Steam Turbine (ST) and Balance of plant (BOP) systems, - Preparing technical proposal comprising scope descriptions, terminal points as well as performance data and making negotiations with relevant OEMs in this regard.
My main tasks are as follows; - developing projects, - making presentations to the candidate of Clients in energy sector, - supporting to prepare and submitting proposals to the Clients, - making organization and assigning eligible staff in accordance with their qualification and necessity of the work, - managing responsible project team to provide the Clients with wide various of engineering services (from Consultancy, Owner & Lender Engineering, to PMC…etc) for domestic and oversea projects including coal fired, fuel-oil fired, natural gas fired, biogas , biomass and geothermal power plants, and enabling all coordination among Client, my executive managers and other departments in my company to ensure performing all tasks in time and desired quality.
Accomplishing the following engineering services together with a team or alone as mechanical expert under Owner or Lender Engineering Services in domestic and overseas projects of Coal Fired Power Plant (CFPP), Single & Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP), Biogas & Biomass (BGPP as CHP) and Geothermal Power Plants (GTPP): - Basic Concept, Pre-Feasibility and Bankable Feasibility Studies - Preparation of Pre-Evaluation and Due Diligence Reports (from all technical and financial aspect including CAPEX and OPEX) - Preparation of Tender documents ( MFS or ITT ) - Bid/Tender evaluation and design review on heat mass balance (HMB) P&ID, layout, technical datasheet and calculations - Preparation of construction and operation monitoring reports - Technical advisory service - Mechanical site inspection
Working on following analysis: - Thermodynamic; all cycles from Otto and Diesel up to Rankine, Brayton and combined cycle heat mass balance, heat rate and efficiency calculations. - Fluid mechanics; determining pump capacities, evaluating pump curves and calculating pressure drops. - Heat transfer; heat transfer, heat exchanger calculations.
