About

I'm a Senior Real Estate and Workplace leader with over 24 years of experience spanning Workspace Strategy, Design, Construction, Facilities Management, and Global Portfolio Management. Currently operating at Global Head level within WPP, one of the world's largest creative companies, with accountability for Strategy, Operational Excellence, Workplace Design & Strategy, ESG, Risk, Digital and Data, and PMO across Procurement and REWS. Prior to this I ran my own workplace consultancy business, and I have also held Director-level responsibility at Nike, including delivery of a new headquarters, design standards, capital projects, and a Chief of Staff role supporting the EMEA VP. Track record of defining global frameworks and operating models, governing complex supplier relationships (IFM, FM, construction), driving capital programme oversight, and embedding change across large-scale, matrixed environments. A trusted senior partner to ExCo and leadership teams, able to translate complex Real Estate and Workplace agendas into clear, commercially grounded strategy. If you’re exploring how to make work better, I’d love to connect. Available for public speaking, workshops etc. www.bexmoorhouse.com I make ideas happen fast. I cut through noise and bring the right people together to make it stick. I challenge stale thinking, never settling for “just delivered”.
