• Responsibility of Turkcell loyalty program Salla Kazan (Shake&Win), Turkcell’s loyalty program reached 13millions monthly customers o Managing all the program, weekly gifts and customer groups by developing the analytical model behind the campaign assigns gifts based on a customer’s attributes o Identifying and implementing a retention strategy to hit the Turkcell retention KPIs. o Continuously improving and developing campaign UX/UI on Digital Operator app o Developing and implementing launch of Salla Kazan ATL campaigns (Turkcell’s highest budget campaigns like o Ramadan and back to school campaigns o Forecasting monthly, quarterly, annually KPI’s and P&L figures. o Analyzing the retention of Turkcell customers and developed insight regarding customer behavior, engagement based on data analysis, campaign KPI’s, customer feedbacks and market research. • Responsibilities of Turkcell mass campaigns; Smile and Click to Chance o Developing and managing two different Smile campaigns based on AI technology within Digital Operator App o Developing user experience of the campaigns and building 3rd party partnerships o Managing ATL&BTL communication and PR of all the campaigns
• Responsibility of Turkcell women segment o Managing the Turkcell women application “Bizce” o Constantly developing user experience and new features, of Turkcell Bizce Application by working closely with ICT and UEX/UI teams o Creating and implementing new loyalty campaigns, GSM offers, projects and building partnerships with 3rd parties for women to create customer loyalty and maximize revenue based on new trends and technology o Coordinating ATL&BTL marketing communication, PR of all the campaigns o Planning and coordinating market researches; evaluating & implementing the results to define key leverage points of the product and to build the opportunity map. o Managing all the budget of app and campaigns based on P&L
• Preparing monthly reports of all P&G brands’ digital campaigns • Analyzing all digital campaigns of P&G brands’ competitors and preparing competitor analysis reports • Optimizing of monthly campaigns to re-plan the campaigns
