Project Management. Design & Drafting from start to end on REVIT. Conduct existing conditions survey. Create a 3D model based on survey findings. Huddle with Project Advisor to discuss design possibilities. Expand the level of detail for the approved plan. Organize sheet layouts for estimating and permit drawing sets. Coordinate with structural engineer when a project requires. Engage in pre-close out huddles, project lift-off meetings, and after project reviews.
Use computer-aided drafting (CAD) software to create full-scale and detailed designs of buildings and interiors from an architects rough drawings. Working with an architect, generates costs estimates, contracts, and other documents required for individual projects. Studies building codes and regulations and determines how they will affect architectural designs. Engage in pre-close out huddles, project lift-off meetings, and after project reviews.
Work with the Design Director(s) and project team(s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production. Curator and responsible for the established construction site zone work and follow-up.
