About

26% of Americans identify with having some kind of disability, and as a double-amputee - I am one of them. Finding community with other disabled people early in my career was transformational. It allowed me to see myself represented and taught me the value of inclusion. That feeling of belonging is why I do what I do: I want all people to be seen, heard, and encouraged to be their most authentic selves. As an Inclusion & Culture leader, I'm committed to building bridges, amplifying voices, and cultivating an environment where everyone can thrive. I leverage data-driven insights and strategic planning to ensure employees have equal access to opportunities for employment, engagement, and development. Be it by providing mentorship to employees who are looking to advance their careers, designing programs that support community and connection, creating processes that promote fair and consistent employment practices, or designing education for leaders to better support their teams - I am passionate about empowering great people, in order for us to do great work together. Most importantly, I’m here to listen, learn, and grow.

    • Community Program Manager
      Jan 2018 - Feb 2021 · 3 yrs 2 mos

As a Program Manager I work to develop, document, communicate, and execute Fiverr’s global program of in-person community experiences and live events, designed to educate, inform, and inspire buyers and sellers. I oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of Fiverr community experiences, events and activities, work across departments as needed to coordinate one-off community activities or events, and monitor and manage community budgets. Responsible for the branding of our program, I take great pride in the series of events I've established. #DoersAcrossTheGlobe focuses on traveling to new cities and highlighting local entrepreneurs, businesses, and spaces that make each community unique. 'The Art of Doing' gathers thought leaders and industry professionals to speak on current and future trends in the digital sphere. Our 'Leveling Up' workshops bring knowledge on high-level professional skills to the budding freelancers and entrepreneurs who need them most. And finally, our 'Doers Discussions' allow us to learn from local business owners, discuss opportunities and challenges that we all face in our careers, and take away actionable items to improve ourselves and our businesses. I'm also proud of my work on Fiverr Pro, a premium tier of our marketplace that launched last year. I worked hand in hand with our Category Management team to source, recruit, and onboard the professionals that now make Fiverr Pro a diverse and healthy marketplace. In my role I'm allowed to be creative, take ownership, and be proactive - which I love! I'm inspired everyday by the people I work with and the community I serve.
