I’m a big believer in the power of connection and community. From launching & running leadership programs and driving talent initiatives to organizing Cadillac's signature events like the Annual Governor's Breakfast, golf outings, and fundraisers, I’m all about creating spaces where people can come together, grow, and make things happen. At the heart of everything I do is a genuine passion for servant leadership, whether that’s empowering others to lead, supporting our local nonprofits, or building opportunities for people to live, work, and play. When I’m not dreaming up new ideas, I’m embracing the beautiful chaos of mom life and all that Northern Michigan has to offer with coffee in hand. I’ve had the privilege of being recognized with a few community awards, but the real reward is the amazing people I get to work with and watching the heartbeats of Cadillac get things done.
