Recruit and retain top talent for an 18 store district in the Raleigh/Durham and Fayetteville markets. Ensure proper training and development is complete and continuing. Drive customer service and sales by building and motivating successful and happy store teams. Ensuring compliance with all corporate policies. Review and ensure expense compliance utilizing P&L reporting. Communicate effectively in order to prevent issues at the store/company level and manifest successful outcomes through diligence and creativity.
Ensures complete and comprehensive training of all store and 1st assistant managers. Responsible for all new management hires and newly promoted management associates for the district.
