Beth Troy has extensive experience and a successful track record in real estate and as a business owner in the staffing industry. As a licensed salesperson and investor buying and selling properties in New York’s premiere addresses and in the Hamptons residential market, she is currently affiliated with Sotheby’s International Realty as a Referral Agent. From 1996 through 2005, Beth was President of Troy Associates, Inc., (Troy Professional Staffing/Special Events and Troy Security Group, Inc.), Madison Avenue, New York, specializing in management and client acquisition. After building this highly successful boutique agency, she relocated in 2006 and dissolved the company. Beth has successfully combined the best practices of the recruitment industry with in-depth knowledge of real estate client acquisition and sales. She matches buyers to smart investments and dream homes through accurate pricing and positioning in the marketplace and expediting transactions through keen negotiating and closing skills. At Troy Associates, Inc., Beth spearheaded business acquisition, oversaw sales and operations, and hired, trained, and managed sales staff. The company employed 15 full-time sales, operations, and administrative personnel, and provided hundreds of temporary and permanent staff to Fortune 500 and major corporations throughout New York, in areas including advertising and marketing, financial services, and hospitality. Troy Associates, Inc. supplied staff at every level for special events at venues including Madison Square Garden, Javits Center, Chelsea Pier, and Grand Central Station. In 1999, Beth founded Troy Security Group, Inc., creating a unique product offering within the executive protection industry for luxury fashion retail stores, the Javits Center, and Macy’s for the Thanksgiving Day parade. National Sales and Management From 1995-96, Beth was Director of Sales and Marketing for Advantage, a leading Wall Street staffing firm, solely responsible for training and management of the sales team in addition to managing her own accounts in the financial services industry. After one year at Advantage, she was recruited by a prominent staffing conglomerate to create Troy Associates. From 1990-95, Beth was Director of Sales and Operations at the international agency Staff Services, USA, Inc. She was consistently the top producer in sales, while training and managing the sales staff and overseeing operations. Beth began her career in advertising sales for Fairchild Publications following studies at the School of Television Arts and Hunter College.
