As owner at Heinze Farm I make management decisions with our grazing beef herd as well as our conventional and organic cropping enterprises. I also work directly with our cattle and crops doing such tasks as rotating pastures for our grazing herd, checking health on animals, and assisting with planting and harvesting of crops. The Lewiston Farmstead LLC branch of our 150 year old family farm was named in 2018. Through this brand we sell our home grown, pasture raised beef and heritage pork to our local south central Wisconsin community. As owner and marketing manager I create marketing materials for social media and print. I also manage our website and work our farmers market booth.
