Oversee the execution of control activities in support of Citi's Risk and Control Assessment Program (RCSA) Lead the identification, analysis and assessment of potential risks, ensuring prompt identification and remediation of significant control issues and operational events Partner closely with the Business and Functions to strengthen their risk profile and promote risk reduction Leverage AI and other innovative technologies to provide insights and analytics as well as embed in technology solutions Identify and provide oversight for regular monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluating effectiveness of risk and controls Work closely with 2nd and 3rd line partners to provide check and challenge to policies and procedures to ensure that requirements are commercially viable without compromising and risk management effectiveness Manage large global team
Set standards for AML governance structures and provide oversight to AML Risk Management forums; Design and manage execution of Citi’s AML control environment. Represent over 24,000 businesses per year and oversee 7 service centers with an additional center on target to open in 2010. Manage staff of 35. Key Accomplishments: Facilitated the largest number of loans awarded since Program inception. Recruited, screened and placed 5,000 employees for 400 businesses. Awarded $1.9 million training funds Creating and executing a business education curriculum providing 2,400 customers with free business courses including an intensive program designed to help 1,000 entrepreneurs launch businesses within 1 year. Manage Business Services Emergency Response and Government Facilitation citywide.
