Brought in to lead and grow the agency’s largest portfolio of clients: Harvest Road (Harvey Beef and Leeuwin Coast), Alinta, Department of Training and Workforce Development (TAFE), Racing and Wagering WA and Fremantle Dockers. Client and Strategy lead whilst managing Account Managers, Account Coordinators and (not scaring off) interns.
Department of Premier and Cabinet: COVID-19 Communications Brought in for a month and stayed 9. Overhauled and streamlined processes, optimizing the way we worked with our creative and media agencies to drive both cost and time efficiencies and further developing the analysis and learnings around campaign effectiveness.
Brought in to lead the State Government Advertising tender which was awarded to The Brand Agency and Carat. Commissioned extensive research which led the strategy and campaign development process, whilst setting up clear, relevant and effective KPI's to ensure record voter participation. On top of this, I overhauled the outdated digital ecosystem across all touch points and ensured an integrated approach between typically siloed operations and communications branches.
Brought in to work on short term new business pitches, but have maximum impact at the height of Covid. Agencies included The Hallway, Untangld, Marketforce. Clients included Kmart, Westpac, Entiire and Netball WA.
