I'm a Product Specialist at Related Digital, passionate about building data-driven, user-centered B2B marketing solutions. In my current role, I contribute to the development of next-generation marketing cloud technologies, focusing on cross-functional collaboration, feature testing, and user feedback analysis. I work hands-on with tools like Jira, Figma, Confluence and, Zendesk to support product planning and delivery in an Agile environment. My journey started with a 9-month Product Management Internship at the same company, where I led small teams, created mockups, and took ownership of internal documentation and sprint tasks. What drives me is understanding complex systems, solving user problems creatively, and working with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver real impact. I'm continuously deepening my knowledge in product development, customer experience (CX), and strategic roadmap planning. Always learning, always iterating.
Jan 2026-Present •Own full product lifecycle of the SMS communication channel including feature development, channel strategy, API integration of provider and roadmap planning for a B2B marketing automation platform. •Define and prioritize product requirements using data-driven insights; identify improvement opportunities aligned with business goals and OKRs. •Act as primary point of contact for İYS regulatory compliance (Turkish commercial messaging legislation), overseeing integration development and technical workflows. •Manage customer relationships and handle inbound requests and complaints via Zendesk, coordinating cross-functional resolution. •Lead product ownership of Euromsg Express in a lean setup (1 developer, 1 support specialist), managing backlog, sprint tracking, and release planning in Jira and Azure. Apr 2025-Dec 2025 •Served as Product Owner for Euromsg Express, leading a 4-person cross-functional team (3 developers, 1 QA) using Agile/Scrum methodologies. •Defined product vision, wrote user stories, and managed a prioritized backlog to align development with strategic business objectives. •Facilitated all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Retrospectives, and UAT sessions. •Simultaneously managed the mobile development team for the RMC product, ensuring Scrum process adherence and on-time delivery. •Collaborated with marketing on product-related campaigns and go-to-market execution.
Related Digital (part of Doğuş Group) is a company that provides omnichannel marketing solutions to global brands with its Related Marketing Cloud (RMC) product. My responsibilities as a product management intern: • Collaborate with the development team to understand user needs and find solutions to those needs • Communicate customer requests and complaints (using the Zendesk platform) to technical teams via account managers and similar business units • Follow up on product feedback (using Hotjar) • Organize meetings and synchronizations between different teams as needed • Analyze issues to be developed, open Jira tasks and track issues on the Jira board • Create mockups of new products to be developed and existing products (using Figma) • Follow up on planning, retrospective and business analysis meetings of the Agile-led development team • Create documentation related to company-owned products (using Confluence) • Report on the end of sprint bulletin
