(SDA-MDA-TV Categories) -Creating marketing plans under the leadership of the CCO, including preparing campaigns, communication strategies (promotions, etc.), and sales calendars. -Determining marketing strategies and developing financial projections, as well as overseeing domain development and team management aligned with company goals. -Collaborating closely with Growth & Marketing teams to ensure continuous monitoring of marketing actions for the relevant domain throughout the year. -Analyzing all marketing data, including Traffic, CRM, SEO, Adwords, and providing strategic support for marketing investments to increase CR and optimize digital marketing planning. -Reporting marketing actions to the CCO and Domain Leader, planning customer shopping experiences, and identifying barriers for customers. -Developing solutions to build customer trust and ensure the continuity of the shopping experience. -Guiding the Domain Development team in preparing daily offers, as well as daily and monthly campaigns for Marketplace merchants. -Presenting and preparing solid recommendations, information, and reports, and taking a stance on key marketing strategies. -Supporting Sales in executing a differentiated Best-in-Class customer experience and engagement. -Leading the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and fostering collaboration. -Developing marketing activities, including promotions, events, and other related activities.
-Responsible for pure players, e-groceries, grocery aggregators. -Drive growth of PepsiCo brands and categories in ecommerce customers. -Co-create content and demand programs for ecommerce that will deliver significant growth to both PepsiCo and their partners. -Co-create and execute the full year activity calendar for B2C retailers: brand and category led campaigns, retailer led special events/campaigns. -Lead the development and delivery of plans with key retailers built around shopper insights, planned and executed. -Operationalize campaigns end to end, from ideation to execution to performance evaluation of campaigns. -To work closely and establish new ways of working with local cross functional teams to drive consistent clarity on execution, progress, opportunities. -Lead the weekly/monthly planning & operating cycle of the market (e.g. activity cascades, operations meetings, and regular customer alignments).
Fashion Domain (Clothing, Watches & Accessories, Jewelry, Sports, Outdoor, Shoes & Bags categories) -Accelerate customer acquisition and adoption of Hepsiburada platform, through a proactive, data-driven approach. Responsible for improving the prospect and customer experience on platform. -To map out customer shopping journey and to identify real barriers for customers. Provide solutions and actions to overcome barriers. -Responsibilities include site merchandising campaign planning, optimizing ongoing campaigns, creating marketing content, campaign production, and reporting. Ongoing analysis of campaign performance by audience segment, as well as regular reports on key campaign metrics. -Analyse and interpret all marketing data such as; traffic, CRM, SEO, AdWords and give strategic direction to category -Manage platform; decide on carousel, banners, daily offers, daily and monthly campaigns in order to achieve category targets. Closely monitor and analysis results of marketing investment and continously optimize investment decisions. -Create a plan that reaches category's key demographic and encourages them to use our services, building customer trust and driving additional purchasing on Hepsiburada. Understand our customers deeply, know their motivations and interest, and translate that knowledge into compelling, meaningful content. -Establish assortment plan, including optimum product mix, and on-site experience to drive funnel efficiencies. -Set site and category strategy, including price positioning, point of view, key brands, assortment focus. -Provide ongoing analysis and reporting of sales and margin drivers, identifying root causes and opportunities to drive incremental growth. -Ensure effective SKU based CR optimizations; sub-category CR & Visit, e-mail marketing optimization. -Closely monitor bi-weekly trading reports, bi-monthly deepdive reports and sales & advertising reports
