Motivation: Hydro-processing renewable jet fuel (HRJ) is considered as an alternative fuel and promotes cleaner combustion and work to reduce emissions. 3. Research summery: Combined energy, economy and environment in the aviation fuel supply chain. Hydro-conversion of renewable jet fuel is beneficial to the environment with energy optimization, and it is also commercially feasible at an appropriate industrial scale. ‧Research Project 1.Ministry of Science and Technology Topic: The study of combustion characteristics of renewable aviation fuel. → Process simulate the plant scale condition of renewable jet fuel, which was upgraded from used cooking oil. Evaluate the energy-saving efficiency of energy conversion, and check the process development probability. 2.Chant Oil Company Topic: The process development of oleic acid diversified into a branched hard fatty acid iso-steric acid. → By mass/energy balance with economic analysis to calculate the new process development feasibility.
