• Coordinate the operations via management of the existing 3rd Party Logistics Provider (3PL); DC and Outbound Providers. • Responsible to align Inbound, Outbound & Return Forecasts with business and stakeholders, translate these into an execution plan, track and monitor accuracy and analyze trends with a focus on ecom operations. • In close cooperation with 3PL, plan and align the warehouse capacity for outbound & returns with a focus on ecom operations. • Monitor and report on all inventory areas, measuring accuracies and losses to the agreed contract SLA’s and KPIs with a focus on ecom operations. • Inventory forecasting and reporting: Capacity forecasting and reporting, DC utilization, improve stock accuracy. • Monitor cycle counting activities, perform inventory reconciliation between physical quantities, WMS and AFS and ensure stock adjustments timely done with required approvals documented with a focus on ecom operations. • Own the planning and monitoring of campaigns and events (especially Cyber Planning & Holiday Readiness) • Ensure a meaningful and robust daily monitoring and audit of the order flow. Follow up on fulfilment requests, complaints and incidents. Provide feedback to stakeholder and requestors in a detailed and timely manner. • Own SLA update and control all appropriate operational and management reports and dashboards for assigned business and operations processes. Closely follow up on enhancements and drive SLA Achievements, performance improvement and optimization plans for DC ops and outbound distribution providers. • Manage budget preparation, cost control and suppliers’ invoice reconciliation. • Contribute to Supply Chain, ecom related projects. Lead operational and system development processes. • Be responsible and manage business escalations.
• Manage all operational tasks (order tracking, shipments, delivery, payments, returns, etc.) daily for ua.com.tr and all marketplaces and take necessary actions when needed. • Ensure that all information regarding orders, shipments, etc. is transferred to ERP system and all online sales channels panels, contact with related internal teams and/or 3rd parties when needed on a daily basis. • Serve as e-commerce point of person for warehouse and logistics partners; management of stock and warehouse operations. • Ensure that all product information is complete and correct in ERP and transferred correctly to all online sales channels and make corrections if necessary. • Ensure that invoices are issued correctly in align with the agreed fees (warehouse, shipments, infrastructure company, intermediary payment firm, marketplace commission & shipment invoices, etc.). • Track/manage consumables stocks and purchasing processes with the related department. • Plan stock-taking operations 2 times a year and take all necessary actions before and after. • Contract management with all related 3rd parties. • Manage all business development projects with all related firms, especially with infrastructure company. • Track customer complaints and/or suggestions and take necessary actions with respective functions/firms (infrastructure company, IT, ERP responsible and all related internal departments) to solve the problem and/or improve the processes. • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding warehouse efficiency and all operational KPI’s.
• Collecting, tracking and reporting product sales, profitability and merchandising performances under the Sales Operations Management. • Preparing and analyzing daily, weekly and monthly regular reports within the Sales Operations team. • Supporting the budget preparation of annual sales and store expenses. • Focus on all KPI's to quickly establish the highest value priorities for business and develop strategies to pursue them. • Execution all store opening projects and stores operations with the global team. • Following the product stock level and product needs of the stores and working in coordination with the relevant departments. • Responsible for sales forecasting premium and performance measurements. • Following all store operation processes, to meet expectations and requests to use resources correctly. • Supporting the realization of organizations during sales and store opening processes. • Supporting the communication between the store and the HQ in meeting the needs of the stores.
• Mentoring and guiding the Product Management team to increase their market research knowledge and skills. • Carrying out opportunities and market research to increase sales. • To be able to identify potential customers, projects and sectors to increase market share. • Anticipating the missing needs in your own brand by making competitor brand analysis. • Collecting customer feedbacks about the products, providing and following improvements for the system. • Identifying best-selling qualities and requesting RPT ( replenishment ) production • Identifying the low-selling qualities and notifying the relevant units by suggesting solutions. • Makes research projects for the product group together with the Product Manager
