Deputy CEO & Co-founder Strategic Marketing, Product Development, Strategic Program Management Bertrand leads the design of Transatel MVNE & IoT platform and the Product Development roadmap. Bertrand also manages the business development, strategic account management, and program management for the delivery of customised solutions for Transatel MVNO & IoT customers.

Managed several projects, including the development of a customized fax machine for INTERFLORA (this product won the "Grand Prix de l'Innovation en Sécurité des Systèmes d'Information" at the 93 INFOSEC fair) ; developpement of a new series of electronic payment terminals ; specification and implementation of a Geographical Information System to monitor the Paris Sewage System.
Systems Engineer (16 months of Civil Service (Coopération)) Collaborated to the test and adaptation (port) of the UNIX operating system.
