In more than 20 years’ experience in O&G upstream geophysics, I have managed several technical profit centers in various countries in Africa and Middle East. In addition to my technical knowledge in geophysics and seismic data processing, I’ve developed strong competencies in all skills required to manage a remote branch or subsidiary of an international company in challenging environment. I’ve successfully lead teams of up to 45 members with both nationals and expatriates specialists having very different cultures, expanding business and delivering high quality products. I’ve demonstrated crucial capacity to adapt to complex situation, keeping all my team safe while remaining operational and efficient.
