About

I am an electrical engineer with more than twenty years of leadership experience in international industrial environments including energy infrastructure, manufacturing and technical services. My work has focused on stabilizing complex operations, improving reliability of technical assets and building structured organizations that operate safely and efficiently over the long term. Throughout my career I have led multi-site organizations, coordinated large engineering projects and implemented operational systems that combine technical discipline with practical execution. My experience ranges from high-voltage infrastructure and automation systems to regulated manufacturing environments and industrial service operations. In leadership roles at international companies such as Siemens, Voith and Boxmark, I was responsible for engineering, operations and organizational development across multiple locations. My focus has always been the same: clear structures, reliable processes and strong collaboration with technical teams and customers. Since 2021 I have supported industrial organizations as interim manager and advisor in areas such as operational restructuring, production stabilization and engineering governance. Today I am looking for a long-term leadership role in an industrial or energy-related environment where reliability, technical responsibility and structured execution are essential.
