    Payroll for 380 employees in Casing Industry for up to 6 Districts. Came on as company was growing with a couple of districts, handling Human Resource side as well as the Payroll side. Did new hire process, background checks, activate new employees into payroll system, Benefits set up, involved in yearly meeting for Benefit updates, termination process paperwork, unemployment claims, 401K enrollment as well as involved in 401K audit working with auditors for research, Garishment for payroll deduction as well as the Payable side of it Also did recruiting of new employees at local colleges. As company grown in side, my duties has shifted to Payroll Supervisor processing biweekly payroll for all employees in all districts. As well as Payroll taxes and importing payroll into the General Ledger working on balancing problems if any on import. Through out the years came up with ideas that would better the payroll system process, implementing suggest on changes in payroll software program with the help of the third party computer programmer.
