Absence Management Program is used by Teachers in the Aiken County Public School District to log their absences which allow job opportunities for substitute teachers to manage their classes upon their return. RESUME Plan, develop, implement and administer a variety of broad or unique programmatic technical or administrative functions. Coordinate and assist in preparation of job plans, lockouts orders on associated and required permits, building maintenance and electrical outages. Perform a variety of complex, advanced and diverse functions within work areas and departments. Accompany specialized audit, security, health, emergency preparedness and safety teams. (Department of Energy, OSHA, Fire & Medical Emergency Teams, Industrial Hygiene, Pest Control, Facility Evaluation Board, Vendors and Subcontract Technical Representatives). WORKS MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (WMS) Data entry and tracking of work requests for maintenance and electrical supervision. Utilized WMS to maintain equipment logs, time record and work history for performed projects. Performed initiations, estimations, authorizations and scheduling to projects in the Savannah River Technical Lab. RECORDS STORAGE INFORMATION SERVICES - Storage, retention, retrieval and disposition of records generated under the prime contractor at the Savannah River Site. Maintained storage vaults, repositories and performed monthly inspections. E. I Du Pont De Nemours & Company at Savannah River Plant Security Department - Processed employee, vendor, visitor and subcontract identification badges. ACCOUNTING & BUSINESS ANALYSIS DEPARTMENT at Savannah River Plant - Expense Accounts Typist - maintained travel expenses, monthly reports, filing system and department accounts payable vouchers. Issued, endorsed and mailed accident and hospitalization checks to disabled employees.

Accompany specialized audit teams (OSHA, Fire and Medical Emergency Teams, Industrial Hygiene, Pest Control, Facilities Evaluation Board, Department of Energy, Roofing and Elevator teams, Construction and offsite vendors for compliance to all WSRC standards and policies.
