Country Director – Romania (Owner’s Representative) KRESTA Responsible for on-site manufacturing control, quality, delivery, and installation for international clients. Oversaw production of heavy steel structures and equipment in Romania and acted as direct reporting interface to KRESTA HQ in Austria. Through rapid process improvements, output was significantly increased, establishing Romania as a key production pillar of the group from 2004 onward.
Production Planning & Deputy Production Manager – Plastification MAHLE Filtersysteme | Bleiburg, Austria Worked as production planner and deputy to the production manager in the plastification department. Responsible for daily production planning, execution, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. The plastification process involved embedding the pleated filter star into heated plastic plates. Focused on production stability, quality, efficiency, and ongoing process optimization.
