1. Further develop world wide Finance processes aiming for end-to-end optimization a. Global responsibility for Finance processes, methods and systems b. Approve Finance Guidelines, Procedures and Process modules and ensure governance c.Representative of Finance function in all cross functional end to end processes as part of Schaeffler Group’s Business Process Management (BPM) team d. Foster a process oriented mind set in Finance providing training and assessments e. Design, document and implement Finance processes and process modules in close cooperation with other functions to ensure end-to-end optimization f. Define KPIs and targets and monitor process performance g. Drive Continuous Improvement Process 2. Develop and reconcile a standardized and harmonized IT architecture for Finance function including coordination of all relevant IT- and Change projects a. Balance standardization and optimization in close cooperation with IT and other functions b. Support Finance function in IT projects like SAP roll outs c. Provide leadership in all Change projects 3. Coordinate, steer and further develop the world wide Finance Initiatives Portfolio a. Lead multi-functional and multi-cultural project teams b. Support projects as steering committee member c. Provide support in Project management 4. Develop and implement Schaeffler Group’s Finance strategy a. Set up Strategic Roadmap Finance with vision, mission, targets ,initiatives, KPIs and target operating model b. Monitor and follow up on actual development
- Leading cross-functional & cross-cultural Project Teams - Regional responsibility for operations of Risk Management and Internal Control System in Asia Pacific - Project team leader for implementation of Financial Shared Service Center in Asia Pacific - Investigate, design & implement continuous improvements in processes & systems
- Ensure proper and effective operation of Finance function - Lead Finance and IT Team - Supervise, coordinate and communicate all Finance related Group processes - Coordinate Budget planning process and reporting - Monitor and report financial development and target achievement (Actual vs. Budget) - Initiate and follow up on counter measures - Ensure proper Corporate Governance and compliance with all Australian legislation
