I’ve worked across different countries and continents, at different levels and in different roles; from Academy Director in the Austrian Bundesliga, to contributing to a Chinese FA national grassroots project, to individual performance analysis with elite-level players (La Liga profile). That range of contexts has shaped how I work: real game situations and clear priorities that transfers to competition. I can lead development projects or integrate into a staff as an Assistant Coach or Performance Analyst, especially in environments where development and performance must coexist.
