Product Manager building reading and language assessment platforms for Grupo Edelvives, one of Spain's leading educational publishers. I lead ta-tum, repositioning it from a gamified reading tool into a PISA/PIRLS-aligned reading assessment platform with diagnostic teacher reporting, in partnership with Universidad de Valencia. My background bridges product and language assessment directly: former Cambridge Assessment English team leader, current Eaquals institutional inspector, now researching AI-driven adaptive tools for English oral proficiency as a PhD candidate at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
- Led the repositioning of ta-tum from a gamified reading tool into a PISA/PIRLS-aligned reading assessment platform, translating international literacy frameworks (Procesos y Tareas) into product requirements, in partnership with Universidad de Valencia. - Defined the assessment and reporting structure that gives teachers standards-aligned diagnostic reports on student reading skills. - Own the product roadmap and work with an external development partner to move features from spec to release. - Contributed to a content partnership with Penguin Aula to expand Ta-tum's book catalogue.
-Designed and delivered teacher training programs across Spain. -Supported schools in integrating Edelvives’ educational products into classrooms. -Partnered with schools and educators across Spain to assess professional development needs and design tailored training solutions.
