I bring a hybrid biotech foundation, MSc in Strategy from HEC Lausanne, and hands-on consulting experience that allows me to operate across the scientific, operational, and executive layers of complex organisations simultaneously. My career spans chemical production and quality control in GMP environments, strategy and M&A consulting, consulting delivery in Medtech, and currently market development and CAPEX GMP engineering project delivery at SKAN AG, a global leader in aseptic isolator technology for pharmaceutical manufacturing. At SKAN I collaborated in building the Brazilian market, establishing the commercial infrastructure, intercompany legal and tax framework between Switzerland and Brazil, a local engineering team, and a governance model of performance and requalification contracts that created recurring and sustainable client relationships. Portfolio analysis and strategic prioritisation, business case development, GMP project delivery and governance, cross-functional stakeholder management, process optimisation, financial analysis and KPI frameworks, and Agile delivery in regulated environments.
Calculation and preparation of offers in collaboration with internal departments. Project planning and design of our machines for new customer projects worldwide. Creation and support of products in the configurator through to the preparation of calculations and offers (costs, logic and calculations, technical description text, drawings, photos).

This not only involved monitoring changes in the competitive landscape but also assessing potential competitors who may become merger and acquisition targets in the future. I've had the privilege of collaborating closely with key stakeholders, including the CEO, CFO, and Board, in these endeavors. This role has enriched my skills and provided me with a unique perspective on market analysis and strategic decision-making. I was part of the demanding application lab during the brief restructuring period of Omnova Solutions with the former Resiquimica group. Our responsibilities included managing all ongoing projects from previous clients while aligning our objectives with the new direction. This required us to engage in daily learning and the implementation of novel methodologies. The success of our team in this dynamic environment was attributed to strong leadership and a shared commitment to collaboration. Together, we oversaw scale-ups, developed new recipes, and ensured product compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14009 standards. This experience allowed me to sharpen my skills and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving setting.
My initial experience as a young graduate in Biotech and analytical chemistry was truly remarkable. I had the privilege of collaborating with individuals whom I still regard as mentors to this day. Working across various departments, including the Quality laboratory, Application, and R&D, afforded me a comprehensive understanding of Resiquimica's product value chain. Through meticulous step-by-step analysis and ongoing monitoring of product development, I had the opportunity to significantly broaden my knowledge within the polymer and polyester industry. Furthermore, in 2018, the company underwent an acquisition by the multinational Omnova Solutions, which introduced valuable expertise and dynamic approaches to our operations.
