As a project manager in construction I have been managing construction and development projects in all sorts and scale and at different stages, for investors, developers and end clients. With quite some experience on the job, combined with a lot of project management theoretical knowledge (PMBOK) I am confident to realize the bigger and more complex construction projects. My focus in managing projects is making teams work together, giving the right direction, finding creative solutions if necessary. This while being structured, rational and trustworthy, being able to take decisions, keeping the overall view and showing a healthy competitive attitude. The main goal is a positive result for the client and even better, with satisfaction for every stakeholder of the project.
