I have extensive litigation experience in various forums [including the Small Claims Court (I was appointed a commissioner in 1990)], the CCMA, various Magistrate’s Courts, various High Courts (including Labour Courts) and in the Supreme Court of Appeal. I also have general commercial and Labour law experience. I draft various contracts and other commercial documents including wills and trusts. 7. In January 2015 I had an acting appointment as a Judge in the Labour Court. 8.
