Raising of purchasing requisition forms for instrumentation equipment’s/devices according to specified standards. Record keeping and documentation Ensure completion of instrumentation jobs safely Servicing and Calibration of railway weighbridge and road weighbridge Troubleshooting, calibration, installation and testing of temperature, flow, level and pressure instruments measuring equipment’s. Repairing of low voltage Electrical/Electronic Instruments Ensure that the data provided by sensors are reliable enough to allow process control optimization Quality workmanship: Applying standards by use of proper tools and procedures
Calibration of process control instruments Maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration on weigh feeders, mill feed loops, rotary feeders, flow meters, pressure transmitters, level sensors, temperature sensors and motion sensors. VSD (variable Speed Drives) maintenance and installation Ensure completion of Electrical/instrumentation maintenance jobs safely
