Non-Executive Director, Technology Enablement, & Digital Transformation Expert With a strong focus in Strategy, Governance, & AI, I am an experienced Board Director, technology executive, and digital transformation leader with experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Specifically, I can evidence success in multinational companies leading global transformational change programs and digital governance in the entertainment, telecom, high tech and professional services industries. At Board-level, highlights include success in advising organizations and individuals ranging from early-stage venture capital firms to Fortune 500 global companies. I serve as a Board Director of Society of Information Management (SIM), and previously as a Board Advisor of HMG Strategy, Boldstart, Sierra Ventures, and Adelphi’s Robert B. Willumstad Business School. In an executive capacity, I am currently the SVP, Global Tech Enablement COO at Warner Music Group, leading the global strategic digital transformation program and generative AI efforts. I hold an International Board Director Competency Designation (IBDC.D) through M. A. Pfister Strategy Group’s Board global certification program and earned an Executive Leadership Certification from IMD Business School in Switzerland.
