I was privileged to contribute to a research project: 'Insecurities, Socio-historical Ambivalences and the Development of Resilience: On Narratives of Growth. ' The project was prepared for the 2nd Conference of the Association of European Qualitative Researchers in Psychology. As an active participant in this qualitative research project, I had the opportunity to gain insight into the complex world of youth experiences and coping with a multitude of crises. My responsibilities included organizing and facilitating group discussions, engaging in the interview processes, and transcribing the gathered data.
I spent the summer as an Intern at the Psychological Outpatient Clinic of the Sigmund Freud University of Vienna. My tasks included assisting psychologists with diagnosing processes, evaluating psychological tests and diagnostics for adults, registering patients and discharge consultations, observing group meetings, scheduling patient appointments, analyzing data in SPSS, and supporting research projects.
