Over 23 years, I've grown from systems administrator to CTO, leading technology teams inside holding companies, international consultancies, and mission-critical public infrastructure projects. Along the way I've learned that the hardest problems in technology are rarely technical: they're about people, priorities, and trust. At ARD Grup Holding, I led the full technology roadmap, containerization, high-availability data infrastructure, disaster recovery, while keeping one eye on business continuity and the other on long-term architecture. Before that, I helped deliver the IT systems for the Bilkent Integrated Health Campus, one of the largest healthcare PPP projects in the world. Today, I work independently as a senior IT consultant, helping organizations make smarter technology decisions, whether that means modernizing a legacy stack, structuring an engineering team, or bringing order to a complex infrastructure.

• Governed end-to-end daily operations, security compliance, and technology roadmaps for the corporate IT division. • Managed large-scale hardware and software procurement cycles, optimizing technical asset selection and negotiating vendor agreements. • Spearheaded infrastructure security hardening initiatives across enterprise servers to mitigate cyber risks and minimize attack vectors.
• Orchestrated large-scale Information and Communications Technology (ICT) projects, directing both internal software engineers and external vendor teams. • Oversaw full SDLC lifecycles for complex web portal and distributed application rollouts. • Engineered internal document management, automated HR workflows, and unified project tracking spaces to boost company-wide operational efficiency.
• Led the engineering design, installation framework, and systems integration for low-voltage/weak-current infrastructure at the Bilkent Integrated Health Campus (one of the largest single-contract healthcare PPP campus projects globally, spanning 1.2M m²). • Achieved critical data systems integration between enterprise network systems and Hospital Management Information Systems (HBYS / HIS). • Governed the infrastructure engineering roadmap for critical operations, including Enterprise Grade Data Center designs, IP-CCTV matrices, access controls, HVAC automations, and SCADA telemetry networks.
