I graduated as the top student from the Computer Programming Department at Namık Kemal University. Through my internship at Siemens Kartal office and my role as a Field Support Specialist at Medipol Mega Hospital, I built a solid foundation in computer hardware, IT infrastructure, and ticketing systems (such as Jira and ServiceNow). Currently, I am working as a Software Support Engineer I at Getir. I provide technical support for various panels, applications, and systems by analyzing and resolving issues related to restaurants, business partners, and warehouse terminals. I actively coordinate with relevant teams to ensure effective problem resolution and track ongoing processes using tools like New Relic and Jira. I am highly motivated to continuously improve my technical skills, enhance my problem-solving abilities, and grow professionally under the Getir umbrella by embracing new technologies.
