- Helping on the liquidation of Europe entities of Getir and Gorillas - Creating quarterly based investor reportings (BS-PL) - Manages local / global audit of the years of whole Getir & Gorillas entities - Establish communication with supplier / landlords on deals for closure - Being in communication with third party consultants over liquidation strategies
- Creation of cumulative and separate PL-BS on selected high valued projects located overseas and local - Designing KPI analysis over these projects and summarize them in different templates - Preparing the final financial result presentations of these projects for the board - Controlling the budgets per project in line with the Cost and Finance Departments on related locations - Designing a financial path for the ongoing and new project lines - Working on the different countries’ financials such as Slovenia, Hungary, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Ethiopia, Tanzania and a few more. - Analysing and controlling HQ's cumulated budget and prepare monthly reports to the Director
-Control and adjust account recordings and financial terms of the entities related on Turkish Commercial Code and CMP -Does auditing of IFRS reporting as solo or consolidated -Experienced on communicating with employers and employees of the entities to construct a proper audit path -Worked in high budgeted firms such as Magna (Ford Otosan), Denizbank, Tamek Gida, Tiryaki, Büyük Kulup, ALJ & Toyota, Konveyor, Epiroc and so on. -Took part in special irregularity audit teams on different scenarios
