Led the full cycle: defined goals and metrics, quickly built MVPs, and made decisions based on research, interviews, and usability tests—not guesses. I worked in short iterations, validated hypotheses with data, and improved key metrics across conversion, activation, and retention, aligning CAC with LTV when needed. I created people-friendly interfaces for mobile and web, blending creative ideas with a systematic approach—flows, prototypes, design systems, and a clean handoff to engineering.
