Co-founded a small creative agency focusing on web, social media, branding, and visual content. Designed websites, motion graphics, corporate identities, and marketing assets. Applied UX/UI principles to fast-paced agency projects while continuing to focus on digital product design.
Designed the full ecosystem of the Ekoşehir Fare Collection System: passenger mobile app, POS & validator device interfaces, and management dashboards. Led UX/UI design for Auth+ (Authenticator App), developing all screens and a component-based design system. Improved user flows and interfaces for fintech (Finso), license management , healthcare (Turp), and mapping platforms. Grew into a design lead role, managing a 3-person design team, ensuring quality and consistency across projects.
