Real estate account management - Collect & analyze Rent Roll Report. - Contract Reconciliation: Consolidation of contracts between the rental platform and Data-ocean Program. - Categorize Renters payment collection to issue receipts. - Verify Commission & Revenue. - Determine amounts owed to the owner for selected facilities. - Managing contract / contractor Insurance payments & refunds. - Generate Statement of collection to analyze collection behavior. - Following up the monthly dues to prepare financial claims. - Managing communication between Intmaa & specific commercial centers. - Preparing monthly reports (Mall Occupancy Report, and Collection Report).
