I have owned a small business for 20 years. I spent the next 10 years of my life devoted to help small businesses succeed. I believe right now small business has the opportunity to capture talent they have never had access to. I help businesses build their benefit program to do just that.
Rotary Means Business encourages Rotarians to support the success of their fellow Rotarians by doing business with them, and by referring others to them. It also brings the values of Rotary to the businesses and communities in which those businesses serve. I facilitate a Best practice call for the nations chapters and am currently on a team of leaders working on national structure that brings resources to the chapters on a local level.
