Google Fiber was a self funded startup within Alphabet. Selected by Google leadership to build a strategic partnerships team within Alphabet’s new Google Fiber broadband division to bring new fiber optic and fixed wireless infrastructure to cities block-by-block, competing against entrenched industry leaders, to disrupt a legacy 100-year-old, $300B+ industry. • Built and scaled two teams, one focused on multi-family operators and another on local subscriber acquisition, resulting in the fastest new market entry for a broadband provider in over 11 markets through a data driven and efficiency approach. • Acted as the go-to-market sales lead to plan launches in new cities, encompassing opportunity analysis, forecasting, headcount allocation, sales training, collateral development, pipeline management, and tracking in-market KPIs. • Spearheaded integration efforts of fixed wireless acquisition (Webpass) which was integrated into Google Fiber. • Created sales playbook based on MEDDIC sales methodology to scale future markets.
Conceived, planned, and executed a new revenue channel for Google, focusing on AdTech Enterprise Software sales to automotive and CPG companies driving platform license and advertising revenue for Google products. • Managed a team of four Account Executives and Analysts and supported a multi-million annual P&L. Team Consistently exceeded quota by an average of 105%. • Developed channel partnerships with TrueCar, Dealer.com, DealerSocket, DealersLink, and eBay leading to a new $XM channel. • Secured and expanded relationships with leading automotive research sites, online retailers, OEMs, and CPG companies that included Autotrader, Kelly Blue Book, Cars.com, Edmunds, Ford, GM, TireRack.com, and General Mills.
Led the growth of DoubleClick Enterprise Software solutions after the $3B acquisition and integration of DoubleClick AdTech solutions by Google.
