• I continued to lead the CoworkIntel team inside The Instant Group • We continued to build the leading coworking data analytics platform, leveraging The Instant Group historical data on transaction prices • I reported to the board of execs monthly and quarterly on objectives and key results.
• Co-Founded CoworkIntel, a startup with an innovative give-to-get model, where coworking operators could see the pricing of their competitors by sharing their own prices - this approach is at the core of my new startup Aiso. • We also up sold the data to property owners and investors. • Successfully led the company to acquisition by The Instant Group in 2022, and stayed two years as Head of Data Product. • I led the company throughout the full cycle of a startup, from first hires to fundraise to acquisition, through all the product development cycles to reach product market fit and scale, built a repeatable sales engine, marketing team, etc.
