• Designed and executed B2B content marketing strategies aligned with SEO, lead generation and brand positioning goals. • Created high-impact content for every stage of the buyer journey; including SEO-optimized blog posts, knowledge base articles, landing pages, website pages, case studies, one-pagers, explainer videos, email sequences and sales enablement materials. • Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Paid Media, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Leadership, etc.) to ensure cohesive messaging and effective distribution across channels. • Led the creation and regular refinement of tone of voice guidelines, ICPs and content pillars to sharpen brand narrative and relevance to our audiences. • Conducted audience and competitor research to inform strategic content decisions and stay ahead of trends. • Leveraged AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) to increase content velocity and streamline processes, including prompt libraries for internal creators. • Analyzed content performance using Mixpanel, Google Search Console and Google Analytics to optimize for engagement, conversions and visibility. • Played a key role in more than doubling organic traffic to our website and increasing brand visibility in large language models (LLMs).
• Advised B2B clients (primarily in tech and software) on content strategy, helping them improve visibility, trust and conversion through multichannel content efforts. • Led the creation of high-impact assets, including SEO-driven blog posts, podcast scripts, video content, email sequences and landing pages. • Conducted audience research, competitor benchmarking and ICP refinement to align messaging with the needs of decision-makers and technical stakeholders. • Performed SEO audits and content gap analyses to identify opportunities and optimize the content funnel. • Tracked content performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console, and made iterative improvements based on data. • Oversaw multilingual content production (EN, FR, ES) to support clients’ global reach and maintain tone and quality across versions. • Contributed to funnel mapping and customer journey audits to improve conversion and retention. • Delivered strategic content plans, editorial calendars and workflow recommendations tailored to client goals and internal team setups.
