 Organise, motivate and manage the Automation Engineering team (100 engineers) in order to optimaly fulfil the department objectives.  Provide technical and project, team management expertise to customers through different plants: Drug Substance, Drug product, parenteral, biological, packaging, development and research.  Sites alignment: o Projects roadmap and allocated resources, o Develop Engineering/Testing standards collaboration with the Technical Center of Expertise team. o Portfolio and governance management for IT/ Automation alignement. o Supplier evaluation. o Testing standardization with Q/V departments. o Stakeholders management: Technical Network Technical Engineering Network (Belgium, Switzerland, China, Japan, Irlande), IT, senior management, etc.  Sub-contractor and team management to perform multidisciplinary projects.
