From the age of 23 to 38, I lived an intense executive career in Sales, Marketing, and Retail. With passion… and also with frustrations. That’s when I decided to take a full year to dive deep into professional coaching, emotional intelligence, NLP, and MBTI personality profiles. A year of transformation—both personal and professional. From that journey, I developed 10 concrete solutions to overcome 10 frustrations that were limiting the workplace atmosphere and productivity of the teams I was leading. In 2009, I founded CapKelenn, based on a proprietary coaching methodology: a unique fusion of commercial best practices, KPI & performance, coaching tools, and emotional intelligence.
