    CARBON est une start-up industrielle en phase pré-FID qui porte un projet de construction d’une méga usine de fabrication de panneaux photovoltaïques (10 millions/an) verticalement intégrée, pour fabriquer la totalité d’un panneau (ingots, wafers, cellules, puis assemblage) en France, sur la base d’une R&D française, pour apporter une solution de décarbonation made in France, 3000 emplois directs, et une souveraineté pour réduire la dépendance de la France aux importations. Dans ce cadre, ma mission consiste, sur les périmètres Achats et Supply Chain, à élaborer l’ensemble des processus, politiques internes et externes, Conditions Générales d’Achat, organigrammes, définitions de postes, recrutements, rédaction des cahiers des charges, construction et pilotage des appels d’offre internationaux, pilotage des relations fournisseurs, élaboration d’une costed BOM, définition des besoins IT (ERP, outil S2P), rédaction de l’ensemble des processus et du corpus Achats et Supply Chain nécessaire à la phase Projet, puis à la phase de production industrielle.
